Tighe Barry, Outraged Consumer, from the movie, Gashole
How long can we continue to believe that the protesters are the violent ones?
[NOTE* from Lefisth: PLEASE READ THIS, AND PASS IT ON - I apologize for the length of this post…I am very concerned, that these stories are not being reported ANYWHERE in the USA!! This is DISTRESSING - to realize that my “trusted” US alternative news sources do NOT report ALL of the TRUTH!! I’m seriously considering starting my own news report - to report the news that is circulating about us around the world, that we never hear about!]
via RussiaToday (rt.com) Another instance of an Afghan soldier shooting his American partner has leaked to the media. As US troops grow wary of their Afghan trainees, the Pentagon only says that Lance Cpl. Edward Dycus died “while conducting combat operations.”
The US is racing against the clock to train Afghan troops to secure the country after Washington finally withdraws in 2014. But as time goes on, the trainees seem to be turning into the most-feared enemies.
Lance Cpl. Edward J. Dycus was shot in the back of the head on February 1 while standing guard at an Afghan-US base in the southwestern province of Helmand. The Pentagon merely reported that the corporal died in “combat operations,” but Marine officers have unofficially confessed that the soldier was killed by his ally’s hand.
The lance corporal’s parents received a note that Dycus was killed by an Afghan soldier, the Associated Press reports. Other details of the murder are being withheld as the investigation continues.
In the last six weeks, this is the seventh killing of an American soldier by an Afghan partner. Following the burning of Muslim holy books at Bagram Air Base, an Afghan soldier gunned down two US troops on February 23. Eight days later, two more American combatants were killed inside an Afghan ministry and two Army paratroopers were shot by Afghan soldiers in Kandahar province.
But Pentagon casualty announcements never mention the friendly-hand-gone-foe. Thus, the two soldiers killed on February 23 were said to have died of “wounds suffered when their unit came under small arms fire.”
Though US officials claim that the latest anti-American outrage in Afghanistan was provoked by the Koran incident, the killing of Lance Cpl. Dycus shows this is not a momentary issue.
The corporal’s life was actually taken almost three weeks before the soldiers at Bagram accidentally put the sacred Muslim texts into a waste incinerator.
…
“We just never know if there’s a Taliban sympathizer among the Afghan Army troops or within the security forces,” an Army official told The Washington Examiner. “We remain very aware that at any time we may have an enemy among us with direct access to our troops inside the wire.”
Journalists have counted at least 70 American soldiers killed by Afghan Security Forces since 2007. According to The Washington Examiner, this is just a tiny part of the total number of Afghan allies’ attacks on American troops.
Washington does not disclose the actual figure, but concerns are high that if revealed, the official statistics will be underreported. US Army officials serving in Afghanistan say that numerous incidents are just ignored, “particularly if no one was injured.”
HEY, McCONNELL!
THIS is the TRUTH!
Straight from your Fucking GOVERNMENT!
Get your facts right, you lying swine!
(See MY previous post about McConnell responding in a letter to his constituent that Marijuana ‘and drugs like it’ can ‘lead to death’).
Fucking Bullshit!
[NOTE* from Leftish: Have you HEARD about this? Judge “sides with Monsanto”: WHISTLEBLOWERS are committing the crime??
NEWS FLASH! Monsanto cash helped fund bill to stifle whistleblowers in Iowa! WTF??]
“Speaking of Monsanto, it turns out they are playing a role in Iowa’s proposed anti-whistleblower bill – a bill focused primarily on agriculture. Should the bill pass, it will become illegal to produce undercover videos at various types of agricultural facilities (as well as to get a job at a facility with the express intent of producing a video). Sarah Damian of the Government Accountability Project, a “whistleblower advocacy organization,” observes over at the Food Integrity Campaign’s blog that Monsanto has been throwing lobbying dollars behind Iowa’s effort to draw a steel curtain around food production. And not without reason:
… Monsanto has more facilities in Iowa than in any other state in the country, with more than 25 offices. The company is heavily invested in the bill’s outcome because “crop operations” are also covered, which would apply to Monsanto’s seed houses, pesticide manufacturing plants and research facilities throughout Iowa. The biotech and crop chemical giant wouldn’t want any undercover videos produced on its clock, apparently.
That’s a bit ironic, however, given the fact that Monsanto investigators are notorious for trespassing on farmers’ property and going to extreme measures to produce evidence of seed patent infringement, including posing as land mappers or even joining a local Alcohol Anonymous group to gain the farmers’ trust and gain video access to their fields. Talk about undercover.
And don’t think that Monsanto hasn’t planned ahead. According to Damian, there are provisions in the bill that would allow Monsanto to continue snooping around farmers’ fields in its ongoing search for so-called “seed thieves” aka ‘patent infringers.’”
Kathy Griffin and the Pot Brownie!
(Title says it all!)
WHEW! That’s quite a spike! Thanks a lot CITIZENS UNITED!
Sadly, research has found that those annoying NEGATIVE ads are actually effective.
Bummer for us.
Of course, we could register our displeasure by BOYCOTTING SUPERPAC ADS! We could just CHANGE THE CHANNEL…if we don’t like that ad…

Yet, not one death can be attributed to it.
How many Drunk Driving Deaths are there per year?
This is madness!
The Cigarette and Pharmaceutical industries rampantly control our Congress, and make sure that no SANE LEGISLATION gets passed.
The War on Drugs finances the Prison and Justice systems, as well as keeps many businesses afloat that furnish Prisons with their gear…none of this has anything to do with the Health and Well-Being of our Citizens.
The Constitution is constantly being “reinterpreted” to REMOVE not PROTECT our FREEDOMS!
